Domestic shipping (Australia)

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Orders below $100 incur a $7.99 shipping fee.

All orders are processed with 1-3 business days, with the exception of high order volume periods such as sales & promotional events. Orders within Australia are shipped using Australia Post and usually arrive to metro areas within 3-5 days of leaving our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 days for orders to arrive to rural area codes and NT/WA/TAS.

United Kingdom

We offer free shipping on all UK domestic orders over £50. Orders below £50 incur a £3.99 shipping fee. Orders ship locally from our UK studio. 

All orders are processed with 1-3 business days. Orders within the UK are shipped using Royal Mail or Evri and usually arrive within 2-3 days of leaving our studio.

A next day delivery option for orders placed by 12noon is available for £7.99. 

New Zealand

We offer international shipping to New Zealand for a flat rate of $10.99AUD. Please allow 5-8 days for your order to arrive.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Candy Claws is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund.
