Change of mind returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@candyclaws.com.au and provide your order number & reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns.

We’re confident you’ll love your press-on nails, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right!

Here’s how our 30-day money-back guarantee works:

Eligibility:

This guarantee applies to one set of nails per order. If you’ve tried a set and it’s not for you, we’ll refund the purchase price for that set (minus shipping fee).

All other sets in the order must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Timeframe:

You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to use our Money Back Guarantee:

Provide your order number, reason for return & the name of the nails that have been opened/used.

Refund Details:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your return being received. We recommend getting tracking information when sending

Shipping costs are non-refundable & we do not cover the cost of returning the items, however our returns address is Australia-based

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Cards
Please note that gift cards and purchases made using gift cards are non-refundable.
